14-day full refund

If HourHaul isn’t right for you, you can get a full refund within 14 days of purchase. No questions asked.

How to request a refund

1. Email britnykaminski11@gmail.com within 14 days of your purchase.
2. Include the email address you used to pay, so we can find your purchase.

What happens next

• Refunds go back to your original payment method through Stripe, our payment processor. Your bank usually takes 5–10 business days to show the refund.
• After a refund, the unlimited license is removed and the extension returns to the free plan.
